According to Scripture, in the last days perilous times will come. However, we can grow strong in the Lord! In the Word, the sons of Issachar were described as men having "understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do." They knew the seasons of God, and were strong, centered in God, full of the Holy Spirit and power. These sons grew into mighty tribes of warriors - 87,000 of them!!
The bible says we should pray that we will be able to stand in the evil day. This will involve some spiritual fitness.
